I do not have a traditional political background. I am standing because I am fed up with the state of our country and believe that the Liberal Democrats are the only party that will deliver a fairer society.

I am a capable professional and have spent my career making a difference. I am the CEO of a charity delivering hospice services, supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our society.

I have over 15 years experience in the NHS and kept the Royal London Hospital’s major trauma centre and Accident Emergency Department running for people in East London during the covid pandemic.

I care deeply about this brilliant and diverse part of London and believe that as a Member of Parliament I can improve even more people’s lives. I bring a strong work ethic, liberal values and the conviction that I can create change for our kids and their futures, the most vulnerable in our society and the hard-working people in our community
